  I will never forget the horrendous way tim fielding handled our case...the fact is after one and half years..i phoned mr fielding to explain why it was taking so long...and that I did not think he was the right man for the job...his reply well we have come a long way and it would be pointless to change lawyers now...but the problem was he lied...7 further years on....we still hadnt moved on...and after being told by him...the longer it goes on the more compo I would receive...this was another lie.....solicitors are supposed to be honest.... after almost 9 years mr fielding achieved me zero compensation....the fact is this firm of lawyers were even found to malpractice in the house of lords...and in my case... was not fiduciary.... barker booth and eastwood handled my case terrible from the beginning to the very end almost 9 years of very bad advice...and I felt like they led me in the totally wrong direction...I feel ripped off and wronged after my experience with these so called fantastic solicitors....avoid them there bent
