- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I visited the Houndshill Store on the 9th August to discuss and review my contract and upgrade my phone. I visited at 10.45and did not have to wait. The member of staff who dealt with me was Becci. I had many questions and she gave me all the information I required and arranged the best deal for me which I was very pleased with. She also gave me many helpful hints regarding my new phone and the transition was very easy. and I did not feel rushed in any way.Obviously the store became much busier as it got nearer to midday but the staff have a very fair system of dealing with customers in order. Sadly some customers did not wish to adhere to the system but the staff dealt with this in a very professional way and were all very friendly.By Admin, June 18, 2018
